As we deal primarily with digital products (Online Courses, Mock Test Series, and E-Books), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the aspirant and our content creators. By making a purchase on https://governmentpariksha.com, you agree to the following terms:
1. Digital Products Nature
All our products—including Mock Tests, PDF notes, and Premium Analysis—are digital “consumable” goods.

No Refunds for Consumption: Once you have accessed, viewed, or downloaded the digital content, the service is considered “consumed,” and no refund will be issued for “change of mind” or “accidental purchase.”

Ineligibility: Not clearing an examination or discovering you are ineligible for a specific government post after purchase are not valid grounds for a refund.
2. Valid Refund Scenarios
We value your trust. You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical/network error.

Service Failure: If you paid for a service but it was not activated on your dashboard, and our team cannot resolve the access issue within 48 hours of your complaint.

Significant Mismatch: If the content delivered is fundamentally different from what was advertised (e.g., you purchased an SSC Tier-II course but received Bank PO material).
3. Refund Request Process
To maintain “The Intelligence” and transparency, please follow this process:

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted via email within 24 hours of the transaction.

Details Required: Include your Registered Email, Order ID, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.

Verification: Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours (as per Indian E-commerce guidelines) and provide a resolution within 7 working days.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have subscribed to a monthly/yearly “Pariksha Pass”:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

No pro-rated refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription month.
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) used during the transaction. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
